No mention of UFO's or Disclosure In Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev's World Economic Forum Address

This past Tuesday, The European Union Times online newspaper posted an article claiming that a  report by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev's agenda for the 2013 World Economic Forum (WEF) states that he will demand that President Obama tell the world about aliens or the Kremlin tell the world on it's own.

Medvedev delivered the opening address to the forum on Wednesday January, 23rd in Davos, Switzerland. There was no mention of  UFO's in the address, which largely dealt with Russian politics and world economics. At the close of his address, Medvedev informed the forum that he would have to return to Moscow immediately after his address, and thanked them for their understanding.

A search of the keyword "UFO" on The World Economic Forum's website turned up no reports on Medvedev's agenda that contain anything pertaining to UFO's, nor is there anything UFO related in a news release summarizing Medvedev's address written by the (WFE) Managing Director, and Head of Communications  Adrian Monck.

After looking at all the information available, there is no documentation to corroborate the claim of UFO's and disclosure in Prime Minister Medvedev's World Economic forum agenda.

UPDATE: Within hours of my article being posted, the European Union Times has removed the article
"Russia Orders Obama: Tell World about Aliens, Or We Will" from their website.
